Dr. Willa Arnet is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of clinical experience across hospital care, primary care, community health, and specialized skin and wound care.


Her background informs the regenerative approach used throughout the practice,  focusing on collagen remodeling, tissue repair, circulation, and long-term structural support rather than temporary correction.


She is trained in advanced regenerative procedures, including plasma-based therapies and platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which are used to improve skin structure and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Dr. Willa founded Unfiltered Beauty WNY to provide patients in Buffalo and Western New York with access to medically guided, non-surgical treatments grounded in clinical expertise and long-term outcomes.



Her approach combines decades of experience with thoughtful, individualized care, helping patients address skin concerns, hair thinning, sexual confidence, and overall wellness through regenerative treatment strategies.

Meet Melanie Quinn, MSN, RN, FNP-BC

Melanie Quinn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a focus on aesthetic and wellness care. She brings over a decade of nursing experience, practicing as a Registered Nurse since 2011 and as a Nurse Practitioner since 2023.



At Unfiltered Beauty WNY, Melanie provides personalized, medically guided care aligned with the practice’s regenerative philosophy. Her approach focuses on supporting skin health, structural improvement, and long-term outcomes through thoughtful, individualized treatment planning.


She is known for her attentive, patient-centered approach and her ability to make individuals feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their care. Through education and collaboration, she helps patients make confident, well-informed decisions.
